Coyote Paths is about thriving in the edges. It's about not being in the middle of the herd, and maybe getting a chance to not fall over the cliff with them.
There are so many ways people become Coyotes. Here are a few examples to help inspire you.
Live well with others. We thrive more in community, but many of us don't have the skills to be good community members. How can we best live and thrive together.
Whole Foods. They require cooking skills and some time, but you are paid back with a healthy body, mind and life. Save money and build good health through good slow food.
Build your life so you don't need dependence on a car, and save the $$$ to spend on fun travel instead. Be fit and see the world.
Move, as often as possible. Run, walk, cycle, lift weights, swim and sauna. Move your body daily and enjoy the euphoric feeling of being strong.
Avoid debt. As much as possible do not accept debt and pay it off as fast as you can. Then you can be more free with where, when and how you work.
Frugality is an art and a personal practice. It will look different for everyone. It's about living to be free, and so much of it is managing expectations. Do the inner work around what enough is for you. Activate your inner martial artist when it comes to marketing and advertising.
Connect with the land, water and sky of your area. Nature can be your gym, your school and your church. Get out, make it a habit to get outside daily. All our brains become easily distracted through constant exposure to screens. Nature is the best antidote to this. Slow down and sync into the natural rhythm.
It's no secret that there are many humans herds on this planet rushing towards some cliffs. Please look up and make sure you are not in one of them.
Cheers
